We value our relationship with the Garfield fans and are dedicated to make purchasing items from our collectible web site enjoyable. Since we are dealing in art, and collectibles, the condition of the items will vary.

We will represent each item as honestly as possible. The description on the more expensive items will include reference to scratches, stains, tears, etc. We hope that you agree with our evaluation and are thrilled with your purchase.

We ship most orders of in-stock items within 48 hours of order processing. Please remember to allow 2-3 weeks delivery if payment method is by check.

If for any reason you are dissatisfied, or if the item if damaged during shipment, please contact Neil Greer at Paws within four days of receiving the item. He will work with you resolve the problem by replacing the item if available, substituting another item from the collectible site, or by grudgingly making a refund.

The four day response time will allow Neil to file insurance claims with the courier service in the case of damaged items and quickly resolve other issues. If we do not hear from you with the four day period, we will assume that you are satisfied with the purchase and the sale will be considered final.

If you need to exchange or return an item, simply complete the form that comes with your order, repackage the item in the original shipping box, and ship it back to Neil at the address stated above. And, if you have a question about your order, or just want to check on it, or try and sell some girl scout cookies, Neil is the person to contact.

We make every effort to fill orders. In certain instances, we underestimate the demand and can't get more of an item in stock in a timely fashion. You will be contacted if an item is no longer available. We reserve the right to limit quantities based on merchandise availability. Prices are subject to change without notice.
