We also accept personal checks and money orders on orders from the USA only. (Simply print out your order form and mail it to us with your payment.) Please do not send cash. Sorry, no CODs. Make checks payable to Paws, Incorporated.

RETURNS
Since we are dealing in art, the condition of the items will vary. We will represent each item as honestly as possible. The description on the more expensive items will include reference to scratches, stains, tears, etc. We hope that you agree with our evaluation and are thrilled with your purchase. If for any reason you are dissatisfied, or if the item is damaged during shipment, please contact Neil Greer at Paws within four (4) days of receiving the item. He will work with you resolve the problem by replacing the item if available, substituting another item from the gallery site, or by grudgingly making a refund. The four day response time will allow us to file insurance claims with the courier service in the case of damaged items and quickly resolve other issues. If we do not hear from you with the four day period, we will assume that you are satisfied with the purchase and the sale will be considered final.

If you need to exchange or return an item, simply complete the form that comes with your order, repackage the item in the original shipping box, and ship it back to us at the address stated above. And, if you have a question about your order, or just want to check on it, or try and sell some girl scout cookies, Neil is the person to contact.

MERCHANDISE AVAILABILITY
We make every effort to fill orders. Occasionally, we underestimate the demand and may not be able to ship an item you have requested. We also reserve the right to limit quantities based on merchandise availability. Prices are subject to change without notice.

TERMS OF PURCHASE
The foregoing "Terms of Purchase" shall constitute an Agreement between Paws and each purchaser of product from the GARFIELD® Collectibles Online Catalog, and may not be modified in any fashion without the advance written consent of Paws. This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Indiana. If any provision of this Agreement is deemed or declared to be unlawful, void, or for any reason unenforceable, then that provision shall be deemed removed from this Agreement, and all other terms shall remain in full force and effect.
