GARFIELD goes global! We're pleased to offer selected products from the GARFIELD Collectibles site to Garfield fans around the world! We offer shipment to most countries except when not permitted by U.S. government rule or other special circumstances beyond our control.

1. How to Order.
All you need to do is place your order with us online! Just follow the easy instructions on our website and we'll ship to you as soon as we can. We will send you an e-mail to confirm your order. Sorry, we are unable to accept orders by fax or mail or by telephone.

2. Payment of Orders.
We accept payment by all major credit cards, namely MasterCard, Visa, American Express, and Discover or wire transfer. All prices are stated and are payable in U.S. Dollars. Your credit card company will usually convert the U.S. Dollar charge to your local currency on your credit card statement.

3. Shipment.
All orders are shipped via DHL Worldwide Express and approval of credit card or wire transfer receipt. Orders for in stock merchandise will usually be on their way to you within a few days of order confirmation. Hand signed items or custom framed items will take slightly longer.

Many items are one of a kind and once they are sold there gone forever!

Our shipping and handling charges will be added to your bill, and are in the following amounts listed below (stated in United States Dollars):

SHIPPING
We ship most orders of in-stock items within 48 hours. Remember, personalized items such as original strips may take longer. If you're paying by personal check, please allow 2-3 weeks for delivery. All Domestic and International shipping rates are subject to change without notice. Neil will give you more accurate shipping rates with your total at purchase time.

Shipment of International Orders is limited to the following countries:

All Shipments in the USA = $10.00
All Shipment to Canada and Puerto Rico = $25.00
All other International Shipments = $50.00 or 15% of the merchandise total (whichever is higher.)

4. Duties and Taxes. Any and all duties and taxes (if any), including value-added taxes, will be assessed by your local officials, and will be billed separately to the package recipient. Please contact your local customs office for information on duties, taxes, and restricted items.
5. Ownership of Ordered Items. As soon as we deliver the merchandise you ordered to DHL, such items have been paid for by you, and are owned by you. You accept the risk of non-delivery or mis-delivery. All sales are final. 6. Merchandise Availability. We make every effort to fill orders. Occasionally, we underestimate the demand and may not be able to ship an item you have requested. We also reserve the right to limit quantities based on merchandise availability. Prices are subject to change without notice		7. Miscellaneous. The foregoing "Terms of Purchase - International Orders" shall constitute an Agreement between Paws and each purchaser of product from the Garfield Stuff¨ online catalog for shipment outside of the USA, and may not be modified in any fashion without the advance written consent of Paws. This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Indiana. If any provision of this Agreement is deemed or declared to be unlawful, void, or for any reason unenforceable, then that provision shall be deemed removed from this Agreement, and all other terms shall remain in full force and effect.
